The Fourth Video

FAN Bulletin 774

March 11, 2007

Dear All,

FAN continues to exploit the power of the internet to rapidly make videotapes available to a worldwide audience. We have now added a fourth video to the list. This is the excellent 7 minute Fox-TV (Boston Channel 25) expose of Harvard Professor Chester Douglass’ cover-up of the Bassin thesis, which found an association between fluoridated water and an increase in bone cancer in young boys.

I would recommend that we encourage people to watch these four videotapes in this sequence:

1. “Don’t Swallow Your Toothpaste” (Channel 4, UK) (24 minutes)

2. Canadian TV debate on fluoridation in the “Medical Hotseat” series (Health Discovery Channel, Canada) (22 minutes)

3. Harvard cover-up (Fox-TV, Boston) (7 minutes)

4. “The Fluoride Deception” (FAN’s interview with Chris Bryson) (28 minutes)

I make that a total viewing of 81 minutes. This is a short – and riveting – investment of time to find the truth out about this issue. Other than the die-hard promoters of fluoridation I cannot imagine that an open-minded person could watch these four videos and not be shocked that this practice has continued for over 60 years.

In today’s world where so many people get their information from the internet and from moving pictures, these four videos represent our strongest ammunition to end fluoridation worldwide. It is also nice to have the arguments and concerns fully documented in Bryson’s book, the NRC (2006) report and our web page: http://www.FluorideAction.net

In addition to having these videos available on Google, I was thrilled to see that other web sites are linking to these same videos. One particular individual effort which I found most gratifying was the “my space” site created by Crystal Harvey of Arkansas. Her very colorful, creative and concise site presents three of these videos in a very easy to see and use format. Please check out her site at http://www.myspace.com/crystalthepink and if you like it (as I am sure many of you will) you might like to contact Crystal and ask her help to setting up your own site crystalthepink@gmail.com. Meanwhile, well done Crystal you are a real inspiration to all of us.
