FAN Bulletin 782

March 15, 2007

Dear All,

In haste. On the road again. In a short while I will be leaving for Tucson, Arizona. I will be speaking at the Spring meeting of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT). My presentation (Fluoridation: The Arrogance of Power) is at 8:30 am tomorrow (March 16) morning at the Marriott University Park Hotel, 880 E. 2nd Street. If you are in the Tucson area check before you set out, check with the IAOMT to see if you can get a special rate because the registration fee is very high for the whole conference. The hotel number is 520-792-4100. Ask for a representative of the IAOMT.

After Tucson, I head for Israel to see if I can help citizens and scientists there make the current hold on mandatory fluoridation permanent. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if both Ireland and Israel abandoned fluoridation in tandem? If that were to happen it would leave only 6 countries in the world with more than 50% of their population drinking fluoridated water.

I will be back on March 26. So you will have a break from the recent avalanche of bulletins. Don’t forget to get your friends and colleagues to watch the videos that are now available on Google – as well as the most recent video from Ireland. NOTE there are two excellent clips from Irish TV (RTE 1) accessible at the following URL:
