Gene Burke of Santa Monica, California, asked that we correct the following statement in FAN Bulletin 874.

“… [The Los Angeles Times] have published little to nothing on the NRC (2006) report; …and nothing on the MWD’s decision to go ahead with fluoridating the water of another 18 million people …”

Gene noted that the Los Angeles Times did cover the NRC report on March 22, 2006, and that they have published at least two articles on the decision to fluoridate LA’s drinking water. The articles are:
