Dear Supporter,

If we have any chance to stop mandatory fluoridation in Louisiana we must flood Governor Jindal with emails calling on him to act fairly and VETO SB 312. And we must do this quickly ? this bill will become law within days.

It is now very easy to send a message to the Governor, as we have created a new ONLINE message for him, which you can sign at: http://la2.fluoridealert.org.

We need him to get emails from all over the country and beyond. He needs to know that the whole world is watching him. This is the easiest way to do it.

Please get your family members, friends, colleagues, any body you know to do this as well. In a few days this will be all over ? for good or ill. We must do everything we can to prevent this unnecessary catastrophe befalling Louisiana. They have suffered enough: mandatory fluoridation would only add to their woes.

We may differ on what makes a good politician and what makes a good policy but one thing I think that everyone agrees on is that people in powerful positions should act fairly. The vast majority of citizens in Louisiana had no idea that this was happening. The way this bill was slipped through the legislature was simply not fair. Signing this bill into law would not be fair. The only person who can now do something about this is Governor Jindal.

Please send this online message calling on Governor Jindal to stand up for fairness and veto SB 312.
