A HUGE thank you to everyone who so generously donated to FAN’s annual fundraiser.

Although we will not know our final total until Tuesday or Wednesday of next week, because there were so many last-minute donations sent by mail, what we can say right now is that we had more donors, and a larger total amount donated than ever before. This would have been exceptional at any time, but at a time of the downturn in the economy it is exceptional. It is is a wonderful testament to the people that support this cause.

As we went beyond our normal bulletin list for this fundraiser it occurred to us that there may be people who donated who would like to receive it on a regular basis, if so just sign up at http://salsa.democracyinaction.org/o/2477/t/2431/signUp.jsp?key=2965

We will be getting the DVD “Professional Perspectives on Water Fluoridation” to all those who donated $10 or more as soon as we can. Please show this to your friends and colleagues as well as your doctor and dentist. Please feel free to make as many copies of it as you like. We can also offer very reasonable rates for bulk orders. In addition, you have our permission to run this on your local public access TV station. Please let us know if you are successful arranging that. We believe that this DVD combined with the Professionals’ Statement are our two strongest weapons in educating anyone on this issue who has an open mind.

Many, many thanks again for the splendid financial and moral support you have given the effort to rid the world of water fluoridation: the most misguided public policy ever devised.
