Title: Safe Water Amendment
Summary: To prohibit the county of Pinellas from adding any substance to the public drinking water supply that is a medication or does nothing to make the public drinking water supply safe for all consumer uses.
Full text of proposed amendment: “The county shall not have the power, under any circumstances, to add any medication or substance to the public drinking water supply, other than only those substances necessary to purify or make said public drinking water safe for human consumption and use.”
