NJCOFF is a statewide not-for-profit organization founded on April 27, 1956. Originally called New Jersey Council Opposing Forced Fluoridation, the group was formed in response to a proposed statewide mandate to force the fluoridation of New Jersey’s water supplies without the consent of all citizens.
